1. Overview

ManhwaTracker respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), ManhwaTracker will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

ManhwaTracker is a tracking and cataloging service. We do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display copyrighted works. Our platform provides metadata such as titles, descriptions, and cover art for informational purposes, similar to a library catalog.

2. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on ManhwaTracker in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C § 512(c)(3) for further detail):

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Upon Receipt of Notification

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, ManhwaTracker will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Notify the user responsible for the content, if applicable, that the material has been removed or access to it has been disabled.
• Forward the notification to the alleged infringer, who may then submit a counter-notification.

4. Counter Notification

If you believe that material you posted on ManhwaTracker was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ManhwaTracker may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under this section.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

It is ManhwaTracker's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. ManhwaTracker may also, in its sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures

It is ManhwaTracker's policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect their works that ManhwaTracker determines are reasonable under the circumstances.
