Synopsis

In a world where virtual reality gaming has become a global phenomenon, Kyo Tatsumi, the heir to a prestigious family, is diagnosed with a terminal illness and given a grim prognosis. Determined to complete his unfinished business, he sets out to achieve an unprecedented milestone in his favorite game, "Shiniki Gensoden," by using ten different accounts. After finally accomplishing this feat, he falls into a coma. Upon awakening, Kyo finds himself inside the world of the game, where his friends and family bear the same names and appearances as their real-world counterparts. Faced with the question of which world is real, Kyo realizes that if he doesn't take action, they will all face a game over. For the sake of himself and those he cares about, Kyo resolves to fight for survival in this new world.
