Synopsis

Renji Sakurayama, a high school student born and raised at a shrine, is shunned by those around him because of his red hair and quick temper. One day, a strange phenomenon occurs in the shrine grounds: a demonic space (dungeon) sealed within the sacred tree of the backyard reawakens, threatening to unleash evil yokai into the world. Cornered in battle against the yokai, Renji fuses with the “Inugami,” gaining extraordinary spiritual power and becoming a guardian who cuts down all before him.
