Synopsis

In a society where the legal system often fails to deliver true justice, a new initiative emerges: a government-sanctioned program that allows individuals to become Punishers, vigilantes who enact retribution based on the Code of Hammurabi. Taepil Kim, a man who lost his wife and left his son in a coma due to a failed justice system, is given the opportunity to become one of these Punishers. Empowered by the law, he embarks on a mission to deliver justice to those who have evaded it, confronting criminals with the very crimes they have committed. This series delves into themes of vengeance, morality, and the complexities of justice in a flawed system.
