Synopsis

Orin Edwards, famed as “The Sage” for training generations of exceptional talent, finally grows fed up with the academy principal’s abuse of power and resigns after many long years of service. For his second life, he chooses to settle on a mysterious place known as the “Island that Calls Disaster,” where he begins a quiet homesteading lifestyle. Together with his former pupil Patricia, Orin starts exploring the island, encountering its native inhabitants and even uncovering an uncanny shipwreck—gradually drawing closer to the island’s hidden truth. Meanwhile, rumors of Orin’s resignation reach his former students who now stand at the core of the nation, praised as the “Golden Generation.” One after another, they rush to gather around him…! Thus begins the leisurely island life of the resigned sage!
