I’m the Corrupt Guild Master of the Adventurers’ Guild ~For Some Reason, I’m Extremely Appreciated for Exiling People to Their Ideal Positions~
Synopsis
Act, once unfairly dismissed from his guild due to his extraordinary ability to identify and cultivate hidden talents, rises above his misfortune by establishing his own guild, "The Gem of Heavenly Gift". Ironically, he becomes known for "banishing" members, though these expulsions are meticulously planned opportunities for them to thrive elsewhere. He strategically places them in roles perfectly suited to their abilities, such as a blacksmith finding their true calling as the deputy head of the Blacksmith's Guild. Despite Act's seemingly harsh actions, these former members flourish, experiencing unprecedented success and fulfillment, yet many yearn to return to his guild, viewing it as the best place they've ever known. This creates a cycle where Act must decide whether to encourage their continued growth in their new roles or intervene against those who threaten their progress. Unbeknownst to Act, his "villainous" methods have earned him a reputation as a champion of the underdog, a guild master who provides unparalleled support, even if he doesn't quite grasp the depth of their gratitude. As his guild expands, will Act ever understand the profound impact of his actions, or will he remain blissfully unaware of the true extent of his unconventional heroism?
