Synopsis

Fernand Pehlenberg, a genius and the head of a prominent family known for its revivalist powers, is obsessed with money, earning him the reputation of a terrible "money devil". Shunned by others who see him only as someone who values profit, Fernand's life takes a bizarre turn when he's struck by lightning. This electrifying event causes something to enter him, granting him the ability to see prophecies. However, these aren't the glorious visions one might expect; instead, they foretell his own downfall, including losing all his wealth and becoming a beggar.
