Synopsis

In a world where certain individuals bear a visible number indicating the lives they are destined to take, a man known only as "Number" takes it upon himself to eliminate these future murderers before they can commit their crimes. Driven by a desire to create a world without murder, he embarks on a morally ambiguous crusade, believing that preemptive killing is justified to prevent greater tragedies.
