Synopsis

In a world where hospital wards are infamously known as "The Gates of Hell", a young, underappreciated intern strives to find his place. Taesoo Choi is often treated as nothing more than a "tin can robot" by his superiors at Yeonseong Hospital. Seeking solace from the chaotic environment, he ventures into the mountains. There, fate intervenes when he encounters the renowned surgeon, Dr. Kauffrene, on the brink of death. Despite his desperate efforts, he cannot save the esteemed doctor, but in a twist of fate, all of Dr. Kauffrene's medical knowledge is transferred to him. Now armed with extraordinary skills, he navigates the complex world of medicine, challenging hospital politics and saving lives.
